Age-Related Limitations

The first step to being prepared for age-related limitations is to have conversations with your family, doctor and friends, in advance to any health issues or injuries. This conversation can include where you want to age and how you will receive medical and personal care when you need it. This will give you time to plan ahead and identify the resources you will need to live independently. Also, you can examine your home to make necessary renovations and adjustments so you can age-in-place safely and for as long as possible.

The second step is to get the care when you need it, whether it is home care following a hospital stay, primary care at home by a visiting doctor, or end-of-life care when that time comes. With age comes physical limitations, but VNA Health Group can help you achieve your best level of health and independence.

Helping You Living Independently

All of us have or will experience physical limitations as we age. If you are like most Americans, you want to continue to be healthy, productive and independent for as long as possible. Getting care at home helps you achieve your goals.
