Care at Home to Improve Your Quality of Life

Neurological disorders are diseases of the brain, spine, and the nerves and include diagnoses such as brain tumors, epilepsy, Parkinson's Disease and stroke. Living independently is often a challenge for individuals with a neurological disorder and VNA Health Group’s Home Health Services help you achieve your goal of independence with nursing care, medication management, and personal care. In addition, our board-certified Visiting Physician Services provide primary-care and common laboratory testing to your home, reducing the need for caregivers to bring you to a hospital or doctor’s office.

Our multidisciplinary team includes nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists and other clinicians who work with you, your doctor and caregiver to regain your independence and quality of life. If you have Medicare or Medicaid, a series of nursing and rehabilitation visits are often covered.
